The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) helps small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to recruit and train PMETs, who fall under the categories of 'Professionals', 'Managers', 'Executives' and 'Technicians'.
SMEs can claim up to 70% to 90% of the PMET's monthly salary, capped at S$4,000 to S$6,000 per month, by enrolling in the CCP.
This programme supports PMETs in reskilling and taking on new job roles in SMEs while also assisting SMEs to acquire necessary skills such as finance, human resource management, administration, sales, and marketing.
