| Data Centers Investor Day 2025 |
| |
|
|
At our Investor Day 2025, we unveiled the Group’s roadmap for Data Centers through 2030 and beyond, a cornerstone of our next phase of global growth.
With more than 9 GW of installed capacity to date and operations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific, the Group has consolidated its position as the world’s leading data center builder, delivering complex, high-performance infrastructure for global hyperscalers and AI leaders. We expect to reach between €20 and €25 billion in revenues from our engineering and construction Data Center business by 2030.
Building on this foundation, the Group is taking on a new role as investor and developer with the target to reach a Data Center portfolio of 3 GW of capacity by 2030. Through the recently announced global development partnership with Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP, part of BlackRock), 1.7 GW is already under development across the U.S., Spain, and Australia. In addition to the current portfolio of assets contributed by ACS to the platform, ACS is reviewing a pipeline of potential projects exceeding 11 GW across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Beyond large-scale projects, the Group is also deploying a European network of modular Edge data centers (between 2 and 10 MW), with the first site operational in Germany and a plan to expand up to 60 facilities by 2032, in partnership with Palladio and other regional allies. As our CEO Juan Santamaría noted: “Our ambition is to shape the next generation of digital infrastructure: scalable, efficient, and sustainable”.

Milestones in stadiums and recognition as the most desirable company to work for in the U.S. |
| |
|
| The Tennessee Titans and the Tennessee Builders Alliance broke ground on the new Nissan Stadium in March 2024 and, in less than two years, have achieved major milestones ahead of its planned opening in spring 2027.
The stadium will become an engine of opportunity and economic growth. Once completed, it will host Tennessee Titans and Tennessee State University football games, concerts, and civic events—and will be capable of hosting Super Bowls, Final Fours, and college football playoff games.
In Evanston, Illinois, Turner celebrated the topping-out of Ryan Field, home of the Northwestern Wildcats and a groundbreaking project in the history of college sports. Opening in 2026, it will be one of the most accessible and sustainable stadiums in college athletics, targeting LEED Gold certification and featuring green spaces and community-oriented plazas. This month, Turner also completed the major renovation of the Spectrum Center, home of the Charlotte Hornets.
Turner has been recognized as one of the most desirable companies to work for in the United States. This recognition highlights the company’s culture of active care and its commitment to creating an environment where people can perform at their best, be authentic, and be treated with respect and dignity. |

| At the 37th annual American Segmental Bridge Institute (ASBI) Convention, the Texas Department of Transportation US 181 New Harbor Bridge project was recognized with the 2025 ASBI Bridge Award of Excellence in the Long Span and Cable-Stayed Bridges category. Spanning the busy Corpus Christi Ship Channel, the bridge’s 1,661-foot center span makes it the longest precast segmental cable-stayed bridge in North America. Its soaring 540-foot towers, 205-foot clearance and dynamic LED lighting have transformed the harbor into a coastal landmark.
The bridge was designed for a 170-year service life, a testament to the durability, precision and craftsmanship behind every stage of its construction. |
