Juan Santamaría, CEO of the ACS Group, during the Executive Leadership Meeting

ACS Group unites global leadership to define strategic direction

Guided by the vision of "One Group, One Team," senior leaders from across ACS Group came together to address global trends and define the strategic priorities that will shape the Group’s growth and future across key markets.

Against a backdrop of global transformation, ACS Group leaders discussed the megatrends reshaping global infrastructure — from digitalization and artificial intelligence to defense, critical minerals, nuclear energy, and sustainable mobility. These sectors are driving record levels of investment worldwide, and the Group is positioned to lead through an integrated End-to-End (E2E) model that combines engineering, construction, investment, and operations. The ACS Group is well positioned to:

  • Promote investment in infrastructure linked to emerging sectors, including managed lanes, energy assets, critical minerals, and sustainable mobility.
  • Durante el funcionamiento, un innovador sistema de refrigeración por agua garantiza una alta eficiencia energética.

Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of this transformation. Through ACS University — our global educational platform — we are investing in talent, fostering collaboration, and empowering the current and next generation of leaders who will shape the future of our Group and our industry.
